A nice change for Sunday morning breakfast.

Amount Measure Ingredient
1/2 pound

Linguine,Or Other Pasta, Cooked

1 small Zucchini,Sliced
oz. Mushroom,Sliced
1/2     Green Bell Peppers,Sliced
1     Tomato,Chopped
1 small Onion,Sliced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Basil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Sauté veggies and herbs in olive oil. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and you are done. 
Yield: 4 Servings
